QR menu and order-ready board: what your guest sees

The only person here who never signs in: the guest scans, reads, orders and waits — all in a browser they already have.

What a guest sees

A visit, from the guest's side

1

Scan the code

A QR code on the table or the counter opens the menu. No app, no install, no account.

2

Read it in their language

The menu is published in the languages you choose, with AI translation for the ones you have not written yourself.

3

Order from the phone

Where you enable it, the guest orders from the same page they are already reading.

4

Watch for the number

The order-ready board shows what is being made and what is ready to collect.

What a guest gets

A QR menu generated from the catalog, so it is never out of date
Several languages, with AI translation for the ones you have not written
Photos, allergens and prices exactly as configured on the till
Ordering from their own phone, at venues that turn it on
An order-ready board for collection, on any screen in the venue

What a guest can reach

A guest holds no account and no permissions. What they can reach is exactly what you publish — nothing else in the system is exposed by the page they are looking at.

Can

The menu you published, in the languages you chose
Item photos, descriptions, allergens and prices
Placing an order, at venues that turn anonymous ordering on
The order-ready board, to see when their number comes up

Roles are yours to define: these are the defaults a new organization starts with, and every line above is a permission you can grant or revoke.

What it changes for the business

No app to install

The barrier that stops most guests ever using a venue's app simply does not exist — it is a web page behind a QR code.

A menu that cannot go stale

It is generated from the catalog, so an item you marked unavailable at the till is unavailable there too.

Fewer people asking if it is ready

The board answers the question the counter keeps being asked, which gives the counter back to serving.

Questions about the guest side

Does the guest need to install anything?

No. The QR code opens a web page in whatever browser the phone already has.

How do the translations work?

You choose the languages the menu is published in. Anything you have not translated yourself can be machine-translated, and you can edit the result before it goes out.

Can guests order without a waiter?

Where you enable it, yes — the order arrives in the same system as one typed at the till, and reaches the kitchen the same way.

Is the order-ready board the same as the kitchen screen?

No. The kitchen screen is for staff and shows everything; the board faces the guest and shows only numbers and their state.
